Let’s Talk Interactive Promotes Matt Robinson to Director of Operations

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Matt Robinson to the Executive position of Director of Operations.

As Director of Operations, Matt Robinson oversees the overall operations of LTI. This includes sales support, customer service, and internal operations. He ensures all implementations run smoothly and deploys the necessary team members to address customer support needs to ensure they gain quick traction and success.

Matt started his career in Behavioral Health providing adult outpatient substance abuse services in North Florida. He has extensive experience working with the addicted and mental health suffering populations providing individual and group therapy. He went on to create the agency’s very first Medication Assisted Treatment program providing lifesaving medication for patients suffering from opioid use disorder. He then implemented the company’s first telehealth program and started one of Florida’s very first virtual medication-assisted treatment programs serving rural county jails.
