Serge assists customers in becoming familiar with the Let’s Talk Interactive platform through live and virtual training, customer assistance, and the development of our interactive videos.
Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Serge has been a team member for just shy of one year. He spends his free time surfing and enjoying the beach, which our team doesn’t get a chance to see when his Zoom background of choice is “Blur.”
"I have been surfing and skateboarding since I was four or five years old. My father and mother were both surfers, so my dad taught me all that I know about boardsports. I am the youngest of four brothers who all surf and skateboard as well.
I have been an artist in the family studio for decades with my father who was a lifelong professional artist, creating glass, metal, stone, and cast cotton works of fine craft. I love to laugh and enjoy making people smile before or after an intense discussion about any and all topics. Everyone is a complex novel to be read and appreciated."
How did you get connected with LTI?
I have known Josh Botbol, our President, for many years and was excited to learn about the company’s mission and that my skills could contribute to the greater need for better access to care.
Why do you believe in LTI's mission?
I love LTI’s mission. To know people who struggle with addiction, spouses and partners in abusive situations, and those with ailments who live in the shadows of society can be helped via telehealth makes me emotional when I think about it.
What is your biggest accomplishment with LTI?
Seeing a customer be able to get the assistance they need and to understand the platform makes me feel accomplished. Also, I enjoy collecting information from customers and our partners to make the platform better. I love connecting people to something with words and ideas.
How has telehealth impacted you personally?
So far I have not leveraged telehealth for my own personal healthcare needs, however, it has given me an exciting career I’m proud of. I plan to leverage it soon to support my own proactive healthcare efforts.
How is LTI shaping the future of healthcare?
We make virtual care affordable while still offering the highest level of service to our partners. For example, I track down people to help them do the simplest of tasks on their phones so that they can meet with their medical and/or mental health providers. I am not sure anyone else in the industry spends the time to do that.
