Fulfillment Policy

Refund policy:

Thanks for purchasing our products at LetsTalkInteractive.com. Due to the nature of our business, products and services are not eligible for a refund. If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will provide exchange repair options. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@letstalkinteractive.com with any questions.

Delivery policy:

Let’s Talk Interactive, Inc. delivery policy applies only to hardware sales, including medical carts, kiosks and accessories. All hardware orders will be drop shipped directly to the customer from our manufacturing facility. Hardware sales are accompanied by a quote at the time of purchase, inclusive of a product deployment timeline. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Hardware purchases must be paid via check or wire transfer.

Return policy:

Let’s Talk Interactive, Inc. does not accept returns on software or hardware, including medical carts, kiosks and accessories. Hardware devices come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty and will be covered under the manufactures warranty. All items are shipped new or are custom builds for the customer.

Cancellation policy:

Let’s Talk Interactive Inc, requires a 30-day notification for all software subscriptions. Software is sold on a month to month basis and can be cancelled by sending a request to support@letstalkinteractive.com. Please provide the customers name, email address, reason for cancelling and a contact phone number. All cancelations are verified and confirmed before Let’s Talk Interactive, Inc. cancels the software service in order to protect PHI and malicious cancellations. Let’s Talk Interactive Inc. will not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
